prestashop - error paytabs when choose payment method "Invalid credentials"

Question

i have a prestashop website and i installed paytabs methods to pay ..

when customer mark the product and select pay and choose a payment method form paytabs list the page redirect to a new page and show up a error message "Invalid credentials"

any help please
