Can anyone suggest me an application for sending desktop notifications for subscribed users.
What I need is, whenever a user comes to my website, it should ask for an allow/block notification popup. If the user allowed it then, when I upload something in the website like a new post or something user will get a desktop notification on the right bottom side of the screen.
I have seen this feature in many media/news websites. Can someone help me for doing this by suggesting any technologies.
