we have quite an old data exchange between two systems, which is still based on csv files. The first service (system A) writes out a file every 5 minutes and the other service (system B) fetches the file every three minutes and imports the meta information within this file.
Is there some kind of best practise to use the best possible period where the two systems do not overlap ? It must be that system B fetches the file before system A creates a new one and it is only possible to sets time in format "00:00:00"
