service trigger for when a USB is connected

Question

I was wondering how to add a particular service trigger to my service application.

Ideally I would what the trigger to execute my service when a USB is connect to the device.

I have read though this documentation but I couldn't find anything https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/api/winsvc/ns-winsvc-service_trigger
