xamarin.forms - Import data to SQLite database in Xamarin

Question

I need to create a small application for my kid, to read stories. I have the stories as image files ( with rich, colorful images) and I have the content in Excel sheet to enable searching. My idea is to:

Upload the Excel content in SQLite DB.
Enable search over the Excel.
Highlight the story line in the image.

As a first step, I tried to create db3 file as we do local DB in C#.NET Windows application. But I could not find any option.
