node.js - Anti-virus blocked a node module, can't get it back and can't run the application

Question

I recently had to switch to a new laptop due to a bluescreen. Said laptop came with HP's anti-virus software installed on it. Upon installing DevExtreme components onto the system, the AV software marked one of the components (the PDF exporter/creator) as malware, and said it automatically dealt with it. At the time I absent mindedly brushed over this. Now I am not able to run my Angular App at all.

Error: ./node_modules/devextreme/exporter.js
Module not found: Error: Can't resolve './exporter/pdf_creator' in 'C:Usersmahoganychickensource
eposoms-web-11
ode_modulesdevextreme'

I have tried using npm install and npm audit fix to try to get the node modules reinstalled. I have removed the HP antivirus software, and reinstalled the devextreme components, to no avail as I am still seeing the same error at runtime.
